RIPEright ripening room doors by EBS are designed to ensure the maximum prevention of gas leakage. Low-maintenance and reliable, our doors also ensure uninterrupted and efficient operations.
Manufactured with high-grade European materials and components, RIPEright door blades are built with 60 mm thick sandwich panels (80 mm optional). Self-supporting track systems can be configured to run the door horizontally, vertically or parallel to the roof pitch.

Prevent gas leakage
- Panel connections are sealed with chemical-resistant EPDM gaskets to prevent gas leakage.
- The 4-flap gaskets around the door perimeter complete the ideal airtight solution.

RIPEright doors are built with 60 mm thick sandwich panels, U-value 0.32 W/m2K (80 mm is optional).

The insulation core is CFC-free solid polyurethane foam. The skin is a 0.5 mm thick zinc-coated steel sheet, finished with polyurethane coating.
